Athletes to arrive at 6:45am, schedule and information as follows:

- WRFun hair in change room with assistance from their coach
- Wildrose and national stream swimmers arrive with hair up and makeup complete.
- 6:45-7:30: Individual photos - wearing routine suit or club jacket
- 7:30: Club photo wearing club jacket
- 7:40-9:00: Athletes warmup routines
- 9:00-10:30: Watershow
- 10:30-11:30: Year End Gathering / Awards
