Pre-competitive
This is a traditional artistic swimming class offered in 60-90 minutes.
Water Ninja's
A water-based movement class for 7-12-year-olds. This class we require the kids to be a little older to start. Movers will work on body control, balance, agility, coordination and speed. They will also explore floating, going upside and boosting out of the water in a fun, engaging environment. We are trying to encourage boys to join our sport, so this class is not a traditional artistic swimming class. Artistic swimming will be taught but in different way.
AquaGo
AquaGo is a swimming program with a focus on Aquatic fundamental skills with a focus on the fun part.
Your child will find an inclusive, safe and welcoming environment at CAS clubs. It starts with having fun both outside and inside the pool. They will learn the important basic skills below that are great for recreational time in the water, but also set in place the foundation for any aquatic sport they might choose to pursue:
- Floating and breathing
- Water entries
- Stroking and Kicking
- Sculling
- Body positions and water awareness
- Agility, balance and coordination
- Strength and flexibility
All children must be comfortable in the water and be able to swim 15m.

**One-time fee for the season and expires August 31, 2026. This is a membership for Alberta Artistic Swimming and Canada Artistic Swimming. It covers insurance. This is an approximate price.
