Try synchronized swimming for free! Tell your friends!

Open to boys and girls aged 8-13 with Swim Kids level 3 or higher and comfort in deep water. Get a feel for the basic skills required for the sport.

The lesson takes place at Kinsmen Sports Centre deep tank from 4:30-5:30pm .
