Train 3X/WEEK (WR3X)

Typically our 11-12 Team or second year 9-10 year old swimmer (birth years 2009-2012).
Because of the technical skills they learn, participants who are 11 years or older in the 2021 year are strongly encouraged to commit to a minimum of three times per week. Swimmers gain a sense of achievement and team work as they have fun. In the team event, swimmers compete in the age category of the average age of the team members. In the Figures, solo, and duet events, swimmers compete in their age category.
